The EUSR Apprenticeship card is available for individuals undertaking an apprenticeship for a role in the utilities sector.
The EUSR Apprenticeship card is a CSCS Partner card which means it can be used to gain access to a construction site for industry experience in support of training. All individuals must also hold an EUSR SHEA registration or have passed a CITB Health & Safety Operative test.

Virtual Card
EUSR Apprentice Cards are valid for 4 ½ years and are issued free of charge.
All cards are ‘virtual’ and can be downloaded onto a mobile device. Once the application is processed, a text message with instructions on downloading the card will be sent to the individual.

Evidence Requirements
Photo
A photo must be submitted with this application. The photograph must conform to the same requirements as a UK passport – head and shoulders only, no headgear (unless for religious purposes), front facing, plain background.
You need to include evidence that you are registered on an apprenticeship which can be either a copy of your Apprentice Agreement, an email from your employer confirming the apprenticeship programme or an

You will need to provide evidence that you hold an EUSR SHEA registration or have passed the CITB Health & Safety Operative test.
