Phil Beach CBE featured in Utility Week Insight Report on skills in the water networks

A new report, created in partnership between Utility Week and Radius Systems, was published in November.

‘Building the skills pipeline – how the water network can get it right first time’ is an exploration of how the issue of an ageing water infrastructure can be addressed by first tackling a shortage of skilled workers in the water networks.

As Chief Executive of Energy & Utility Skills, Phil Beach CBE was interviewed for his views on the skills challenge within the water networks, the larger Net Zero strategy, and his perspective from his involvement with the government’s Green Jobs Delivery Group.
