New EUSR Schemes Affiliated with CSCS

Members’ Bulletin November 2025

EUSR is the CSCS Alliance Partner for all utilities work carried out on construction sites. Holding an EUSR CSCS card provides assurance that an individual meets the required knowledge and skills for the role they perform.

Anyone working on a construction site and undertaking utilities-related construction or installation activities must hold the appropriate CSCS card for their job.

Utilities work includes all ‘upstream’ activities in the gas, power, water, telecommunications, drainage and sewerage, and waste management industries—i.e. all work conducted outside the building.
