Introducing HoRizon

As the energy and utilities sector works towards its net zero and environmental sustainability goals, HR leaders face strategic challenges in developing a skilled, resilient, and sustainable workforce.

In response to these challenges, we are pleased to introduce HoRizon, the revitalised roundtable for HR Directors in the sector.

In partnership with Network HR, this collaborative platform brings together senior HR leaders to address the sector’s most pressing workforce and skills challenges.

The inaugural roundtable has recently taken place at The Ivy, Birmingham, with a new format, and new Chair, Dan Forth, HR Director at Certas Energy.

Events will be taking place at least twice a year. To join the next roundtable and contribute to strategic workforce and skills discussions, please email: communications@euskills.co.uk.
