A free webinar will be taking place on the insights we have gleaned from the Inclusion Measurement Framework survey – an annual collection of data about equality, diversity, and inclusion across the energy and utilities sector.

This year [2021] marks the first time we have collected diversity and inclusion information from CEOs within the sector, and we’ll be diving deep into the insights which have come back.

The Sector Inclusion Commitment was launched in 2019 in response to the energy and utilities workforce across the UK was currently failing to fully represent the demographics of the 67 million people it serves every day.

Ensuring that we are properly reflecting the communities we serve is a key priority for the energy and utilities sector – it’s one of the six overarching strategic aims of the Workforce Renewal and Skills Strategy 2020-2025.

A properly representative workforce is vital to ensuring we are fulfilling our sector’s social mission in unifying communities, and also that we are benefitting from the complete talent pool available in the UK.

This webinar will be taking place on Wednesday 16 February from 10:30 – 11:30.
