Energy & Utility Skills releases Collaboration in Action – an annual overview for 2021-22

Collaboration in Action

Today, Energy & Utility Skills launched its Collaboration in Action document, looking over the successes we have seen with a focus on our collaboration with other organisations, including our membership and partners.

The last year has seen a stepping up of actions towards achieving Net Zero, including a greater focus on the skills requirements of hydrogen power and contributions towards the Green Jobs Taskforce.

On top of this, we have moved further into the digital age with our virtual and smart registration cards; we’re participating in a review of apprenticeship frameworks in Wales; and we have been actively promoting and participating in a wide range of schemes to increase diversity and inclusion for the energy and utilities sector workforce, including the Inclusion Commitment and the BBC 50:50 Equality Project; among many other projects and workstreams.

This will be the first time this document has been published since 2019-20, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
