CPD Session: Quality Framework for Provider Approvals & Audits (AM)

Understanding our Quality Framework for Approvals and Audits is important if you are already an Approved Provider or potentially looking to become one. This training is free to attend and will look at the role of the Energy & Utility Skills Quality Assurance team. Activities we will cover in the training will include: working through an approval process and discussing the audit processes that follows, so you can see what needs to be prepared. The training will give you the opportunity to talk through any issues you may have with submission and to also be informed about what the audit will entail. It is a good platform for new Providers to understand our full life-cycle of approval and audit and to standardise and contextualise what we mean by approval. We will walk through the approval and audit documentation and discuss any likely evidence you can submit to meet criterion set in our Approved Provider Process and Quality Framework.
