Non-Executive Director
Energy & Utility Skills is seeking to appoint an exceptional Non-Executive Director to join our Board.
We are looking for a Non-Executive Director who can offer:

Qualifications Development Lead (Maternity cover)
Working across the product lifecycle, the Qualifications Development Lead supports the Product Manager in the development, review and continuous improvement of our schemes and programmes to meet the needs of a sector that will play a key role in the delivery of the UK’s net zero targets.
Although our schemes and programmes are not regulated, we align our processes with Ofqual’s Conditions of Recognition where relevant and collaborate closely with employers and key stakeholders in our sector, including training providers and industry groups, to ensure the content, and assessments, are valid and relevant.
The Qualifications Development Lead will ensure all product milestones and deadlines are met through pro-active project management of developments, including the recruitment and management of third-party Associates involved the development process.
Working as part of a small team, this role will also involve a variety of administrative tasks and duties associated with product and service development, including associated support materials.

Independent End-Point Assessor
We are looking for experienced Independent End-Point Assessors to support our Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS) deliver the Level 3 Gas Network Craftsperson Apprenticeship, on a freelance basis, across the following pathways:
- Network maintenance Craftsperson (Electrical & Instrumentation)
- Network Maintenance Craftsperson (Pressure Management)
- Network Pipelines Maintenance Craftsperson
- Emergency Response Craftsperson
We are specifically interested in hearing from candidates who are occupationally competent within the Electrical & Instrumentation and Emergency Response pathways.
