Energy & Utility Skills invites employers, training providers and professional bodies to review the revised Sewerage & Drainage Maintenance National Occupational Standards (NOS).
NOS describe what an individual needs to do and needs to know to perform a work activity, including the skills, knowledge and understanding required. They can be applied across the UK and are used in the development of in-house training programmes, plus they are a key component for qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks.
With support and input from industry stakeholders, the Sewerage & Drainage Maintenance NOS suite has been updated to ensure they reflect current working practices within the industry.
Get Involved
Following a series of industry workshops and drafting of the revised suite, we’re asking industry stakeholders from across the UK to review and comment on the NOS to ensure they reflect industry best practice.
