The EUSR Apprenticeship card is available for individuals undertaking an apprenticeship for a role in the utilities sector.

The EUSR Apprenticeship card is a CSCS Partner card which means it can be used to gain access to a construction site for industry experience in support of training. All individuals must also hold an EUSR SHEA registration or have passed a CITB Health & Safety Operative test.

Evidence Requirements
All individuals applying for an apprentice card must also hold an EUSR SHEA registration or have passed a CITB Health & Safety Operative test.
Do you hold an in date EUSR SHEA Registration?
If No, please include evidence that you have passed your CITB Health & Safety test and upload a copy of your CITB Score Report with results and your CITB testing ID visible.

Photo
If this application is for a new EUSR registration and card, a photo must be submitted. The photo must conform to the same requirements as a UK passport – head and shoulders only, no headgear (unless for religious purposes), front facing, plain background. We accept PDF and Jpeg formats. For EUSR registration renewal, you can also update your current photo.

Once the Apprenticeship is completed, individuals can apply to EUSR for the relevant CSCS Blue or Gold Skilled Worker card – for these an in-date EUSR SHEA registration is required. See eusr.co.uk for more information.

Virtual Card

EUSR Apprentice Cards are valid for 4 ½  years and are issued free of charge.

All cards are ‘virtual’ and can be downloaded onto a mobile device.  Once the application is processed, a text message with instructions on downloading the card will be sent to the individual.
