Become an Associate External Quality Assurer
We are looking for experienced Associate External Quality Assurers to support our quality team on a freelance basis. Reporting to our Quality Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring that our approved trainers and providers remain compliant with our approval criteria.
It is essential that candidates hold an existing qualification for EQA or IQA and have the appropriate insurance.

What does an Associate External Quality Assurer do?
As part of our commitment to delivering high quality standards, schemes and programmes, we require associate external quality assurers to support our quality team with a range of activities, including:
Conduct approvals and audits of trainers and providers in line with our internal quality assurance processes to confirm compliance with our approval criteria, keeping accurate and up to date records.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with our centres and key industry stakeholders; offering information, advice and guidance to support and embed the culture of continuous improvement.
Help us to continuously improve our schemes using feedback and intelligence and support the quality team to ensure all schemes and processes remain fit for purpose.
