Determining Competence Training (July)

This programme enables technically competent people to understand the concepts of assessment, the rules around evidence gathering and what constitutes good practice in assessing competence in the workplace.
The course, delivered by Creo Skills on behalf of the Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS), is specifically for technical experts who will undertake end point assessment activities on behalf of the EUIAS. These individuals will either not hold an assessor qualification, need a refresher, or need a full insight into determining competence.
