Our SHEA schemes cover the essentials of safety, health and environmental awareness; designed for those working across the energy and utilities sector. Each of the one-day training programmes are designed for all individuals requiring access to operational sites, including supervisors and managers. All SHEA schemes are CSCS partner schemes – which means there is no need for individuals to carry any additional cards for access to CSCS operational sites.
We know that Safety is as important to you as it is to us. We have therefore created a new endorsed route to deliver your very own SHEA.
With this approach the approved provider can create their own training programme covering the same topics as our SHEA schemes.
Your programme, with your branding and you decide the content, as long as it maps to the SHEA standards.
You will need to become an approved provider and meet the criteria detailed within our Quality Framework if you are not already, and get your SHEA programme endorsed by us, demonstrating that it is mapped to the SHEA standard.
Once approved by us, an individual successfully completing your training programme plus our mandatory Energy & Utility Skills assessment would be eligible for SHEA registration on the Energy & Utility Skills Register – EUSR and Just like SHEA Scheme a EUSR card which will also allow access CSCS operational sites.
